Shipping Times
All USPS and international orders will be sent 3-5 business days after receiving the orders. Please add this to your estimated delivery time. The exceptions are the Reiki Stones (see below).
All Reiki stones, pendants, grids cannot be shipped with books, DVDs or CDs. Stones are custom made to order then sent separately.A separate stand-alone order needs to be made for the stones. This ensures the order to be made is placed and shipping collected. You will be notified by email within 48 hours of the estimated time of delivery for the stones.
Shipping Rates
Your shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the products you have ordered and your selected shipping service plus handling when you place your order. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice as carrier rates change.
International Orders
Please allow for occasional delays in shipping due to items being held at customs or for slower International transit in your country. This we have no control over after order is sent.
