My belief is that people have physical health challenges for one main reason -- it is that they re-live past experiences from their lives over and over again in their minds. Unfortunately, most people still have a negative emotional charge connected to these past experiences. This emotional charge, whether it is anger, fear, anxiety, etc., is experienced all over again, which creates what I call "Psychic Debris." I am not saying it is detrimental to have the emotions at the time of the experience, they happen for a reason. Normally you experience the emotion, process it (understand the reason for it), and release it. It is when the emotion is not processed, understood, and released in a timely matter that Psychic Debris occurs.
Psychic Debris eventually accumulates and creates blockages of your life force on all levels, but this type of Psychic Debris starts in your mental and emotional body. If it is not taken care of, it will eventually affect your physical body and illness and disease will develop.
When released during an Attunement, Psychic Debris can attach itself to you and/or linger in the room waiting to attach itself to somebody else or change future circumstances in a negative way. When Psychic Debris attaches to you or another person, negative emotional charges can be experienced as long as it stays attached and is not destroyed. This is why new Healers who do not protect themselves during a healing session sometimes feel drained, sick, and/or experience strange emotions to which they are unaccustomed, but as soon as they clear and balance themselves, they are back to normal.
When Psychic Debris in the mental or emotional body is released, you will develop clearer thinking and a deeper understanding of thoughts, feelings, and life circumstances. You will also be opened up to positive change. When blockages are released in your spiritual body, you will be able to reach a higher level of awareness and connection with your source. Once Psychic Debris is removed, the life force energy returns to its normal healthy flow. Dealing with Psychic Debris, however, is an ongoing daily process. The life experience presents new challenges every day that must be worked with and released so new debris does not accumulate. Ideally, once you are cleared, you continue to use Reiki to stay balanced and clear. Normally, if processed and released in a timely manner, these emotions are not negative and are a part of the human experience, but when they are held onto by the conscious or unconscious mind and are not processed and released in a timely manner, they can accumulate in and around a person's body and that's when the emotions become negative. I am sure you have sensed or felt a stranger's anger, fear, or hate just by standing next to or walking by them. Maybe you have walked into an empty room and felt strange or maybe sensed a wave of stress, fear, or anger etc. This is Psychic Debris. Actually, when Psychic Debris is released during a Healing Attunement, it is a good thing and helps with the healing process. You just need to protect yourself from it.
